Please Log inGet ready to dance the night away! Join us for a lively Garba & Sangeet night, filled with music, dance, and festivities. It's a time to celebrate the union of two families, share joyous moments, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
We will begin the evening with the performance of Garba and Dandiya Raas, traditional folk dances from the state of Gujarat. Guests form circles and dance in synchronized movements, clapping and twirling sticks (dandiya) to the beat of folk music. After Garba is concluded, we’ll start the Sangeet ceremony, a musical extravaganza featuring performances by family members and friends, followed by an open dance floor.
The most awaited day is finally here! Join us as we exchange vows and embark on the beautiful journey of marriage. Your presence will add warmth and joy to this sacred ceremony, marking the beginning of our new chapter together.
On the wedding day, the groom arrives in a festive procession (baraat) to the venue where he meets the bride's family. The couple then exchanges flower garlands (jaimala) and takes vows around the sacred fire (pheras), symbolizing their commitment to each other. Finally, they complete rituals like applying sindoor (vermilion) and exchanging mangalsutra, sealing their marriage in the presence of their families and loved ones.
Lunch is served after the ceremony, followed by the Vidai (sending off Aarti and Vijay) at 2:30 PM.
